Welcome to Percy & Gold! Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, “our” and “I” refer to Percy & Gold. Percy & Gold offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from Percy & Gold to you, the customer, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website [percyandgold.com] and our social media channels and govern your use of our products and services under English law.
Products
All “pieces” or “products” are pre-loved, antique or vintage and sold as described and as per photos and/or videos on the website and/or via social media platforms. Please read the descriptions and view the imagery carefully because they will service as a condition report for your prospective pieces.
Due to the nature of pre-loved, vintage and antique pieces, slight imperfections commensurate with age may be present and do not constitute faults.
Product descriptions and imagery always aim to be accurate, but variations in colour and detail may occur depending on lighting of photography or the customer’s device settings.
On occasion, we might use props or other Percy & Gold jewellery in our product photos. For example, you could see a charm you wish to purchase hanging from a chain, however the chain is not including in the purchase price. In all such cases, the cost of the piece is strictly for the advertised jewellery and it will not include props or other pieces of jewellery utilised in the photography. It is the customer’s responsibility to read the website descriptions clearly to avoid confusion or disappointment.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our jewellery or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us.
We reserve the right to remove from sale any product at any time.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
Orders & Pricing
All prices are in GBP and include applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices or withdraw products at any time.
Orders are confirmed only upon full payment.
Ensure you have read and understand the terms set out in the ‘Sales and Layaway Policies’ before making a purchase from Percy & Gold. Making a purchase is acceptance of all Terms and Policies detailed on the website.
A confirmation email will be sent following a successful transaction
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us at any time for any reason. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address provided at the time the order was made.
We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the UK and internationally where permitted.
Dispatch is typically within three business days and you will receive a notification when your piece has been dispatched.
Delivery times may vary by location and carrier.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes on international orders as per the sales policy and details herein.
Returns & Cancellations
You have the right to cancel and return your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, as follows:
You may cancel your order prior to the piece(s) ordered being dispatched and receive a full refund. The return policy applies when items have been dispatched to the customer.

Please ensure you read and understand the terms set out in the ‘Returns and Refunds Policies’ before making a purchase and before you contact us to raise a return request.
Items must be returned in the Percy & Gold box/packaging and in the exact condition they were received.
Return postage is at the customer’s expense unless the item was faulty or the customer can clearly demonstrate the piece was misdescribed.
Refunds are generally processed with seven days of a refund being approved, however they might occasionally be processed up to 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, e.g., if we are on annual leave with no means to more quickly facilitate the return.
Faulty or Misdescribed Items
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty, evidently not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a refund or repair. Please notify us within three (3) days of receipt with photographic and/or video evidence if you believe you have received an item that is faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose. Due to the nature of pre-loved, vintage and antique pieces, slight imperfections commensurate with age may be present and do not constitute faults.
Intellectual Property
All content on our site and social media, including text, images, and branding is the property of Percy & Gold and may not be copied or used without permission. Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Privacy Policy
We collect and use your data in accordance with our sales, layaway and returns policy. Customer data will not be sold to or shared with third parties. By using our website you consent to this statement.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Website & e-payments
Our store is hosted on SquareSpace and they provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our jewellery and Services to you. You understand that your content - not including credit card information - may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries or feedback) or without a request from us, you send creative suggestions, plans, or other comments such as feedback regarding a recent purchase, whether online, by email, or any other form, you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us.
