Returns Policy
We are confident you will love your purchase, but if not, here’s what you need to do:
UK returns
Email info@percyandgold.com within three days of receiving your piece to request a return form.
Pieces returned must be unworn, in the exact condition as you received them and in the Percy & Gold box.
Returns must be received by Percy & Gold within 14 days of the delivery date and posted via the same carrier - Royal Mail Special Delivery; the costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returned pieces should be insured with the postage provider to the value you paid for them. This gives you the ability to claim against the value of the piece(s) in the unlikely case the package is lost in transit.
Customers are responsible for posted items until they are received and signed for by Percy & Gold.
Refunds are exempt from postage and any associated costs such as customs or tariff charges.
Refunds will be minus a 5% restocking fee. E.g., a customer who purchased an item for £100 would receive a £95 refund. This includes purchases made and then cancelled prior to shipping. This is not negotiable.
Items bought via Layaway, or that have been customised in any way, including resizing or alternations, are exempt from this policy; they are considered final sale and non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or taken as store credit.
International returns
International returns must follow the above policy and conditions set out above, and shipped with the partner carrier you received the pieces from. In addition, and where appliable, you may have to submit a customs form. Ensure you clearly mark the form as ‘returned goods’ and use the correct customs/ tariff code. Sometimes, this task will be completed manually by the carrier service - in which case, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the customer service representative has correctly completed the form.
Please also write ‘returned goods’ in a prominent place on the package. Failure to do so may result in an administration delay and/or customs fees levied on the returned goods. This would result in a delay to the parcel being returned to Percy & Gold and/or you the customer being responsible for the additional fees incurred. Any fees incorrectly incurred by Percy & Gold will be deducted from the return.
Pieces returned to the customer by customs due to failure to adhere to the above policy will result in missing the 14 day return policy, in which case, we will sadly be unable to offer a refund or exchange of any kind.
Refund Policy
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to approve or deny the refund request. All postage charges and custom/ tariff fees (where appliable) to and from Percy & Gold are exempt from the refund policy and the policy includes a 5% restocking fee as detailed above.
Refunds are generally returned to your bank account within seven working days of the return being processed. Please read the Percy & Gold Terms and Conditions should you require more information.
