Ring alternations are made by a master goldsmith and will add approximately two weeks to the delivery lead in times. Whilst we always try to avoid it, resizing may result in some or all of the hallmarks inside the ring being lost.
Please note that rings that are resized or altered in any way by Percy & Gold, or the customer, are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange of any kind.
